Building your online business and keeping your visitors, customers
and subscribers happy is no easy process.

Some people want everything for free, others want everything for
a low price. The truth though is that you simply cannot please
all the people all of the time.

It is a mistake I fell into earlier online, even though I had
been successfully builing offline companies for years.

Finding the balance to your business is not an easy one, and it
is much of a learning process like in any business sector.

Do not be afraid to ask your visitors for feedback, get customers
to send you their real thoughts an opinions of your products and
services, and most importantly, make yourself available to them
and do not simply hide behind an email address.

If you have been a members, subscriber or customer of mine for
any length of time, you will already know that we have email
contact links, customer support desk and even a company telephone
line that people can reach us on.

This has led to contact from the offline market of small business
users, and not just one market sector.

Being available, and making attempts to ask your customer for
feedback is crucial if you are to survive.

In this past week, all I have read about from some of the gurus
is about recession this and recession that.

Down turns appear in any business and throughout the life of
practically any business that spans decades rather than week,
months or even a couple of years.

Be prepared to flex with your market and seize opportunities when
you can.

If you have read Donald Trumps stories to date, you will see that
he had no picnic and was very close to losing everything a few times.

Yet it was his innovation, entrepreneurship and enthusiasm for his
business that forced it to become an influential business player,
and his name to be synonymous with success.

Go ask your customer about you and your business today.. Who knows
it may lead to your next big product, your first major idea, or the
road to riches you seek?

We have moved on in our trip around the Southern Coast of South Africa..
we arrived in Reebok near Mossel Bay nearly two weeks ago and it was
beautiful (pics coming soon).

Then last Thursday we moved on to the Wine Route Town of Stellenbosch,
and are currently staying in a wonderful place by a mountain.

I finally have some images transferred to the laptop, so I have attached
one to this post, but will add more soon.

Internet Connection is still proving to be an issue, but we went into
a local nearby shopping mall just yesterday and hooked up a connection
at the Mugg & Bean Coffee shop. Very nice, and recommended if you get
the chance to visit one.

Started by a Mum and Daughter way back when, it is now a big franchise
business over here, and all across Southern Africa.

It got me thinking about our little UK business and how we can build
for the future, and lead to a long discussion between my wife an I about
where we will look to drive our business in the coming 12-36 months.

Having fun in the Winter Sun…

We arrived in Cape Town to a down pour of rain (typical at this time of
year in the Cape & more like what I am used to back in the UK).

It all started with us losing our video camera, which means I am not
able at this point to send you any videos of the Cape, which is a shame
as it is so beautiful here.

The first place we were staying at was some 5 hours drive along the Wine
Route and into the Garden Route of South Africa. We did not like the first
place we came to for various reasons, so our first night we checked into
a local hotel. Not bad, The Wilderness Something cannot remember the
full name.

The following day we headed back toward Mossel Bay area and found a
lovely apartment that we are now renting for a week which overlooks
the sea. Whales and Dolphins swim along these shores, so we have spent
a little time on watch.

Internet connection is up and down, so it make is difficult to get
“regular” work done, but still the income comes in from our membership
sites and other businesses online.

The wonderful thing about working online is the ability to set up a business
that carries on paying you even when you cannot “make it in for the day”.

We are moving back along the coast toward Cape Town this coming Thursday,
and I hope to get some images up on the blog for you to see.

Despite being winter here, it still gets up around the 20’s by day, and
the sunshine is wonderful.

Working from home, or from your internet connection is not for everyone.
Some months you can make 4, 5 or even 6 figures (some people even more),
and other months can be lower, maybe even the hundreds when you are getting
started.

But the potential to release yourself from the standard 9-5 and Monday
to Friday grind makes it way more than worth while.

If you have been reading our Learn4Profit blog, you will find some useful
articles about getting started. Expect more from me soon, including our
new guide. If you are still on the fence about getting started on the
Internet, then all I can say is give it a try. You have nothing to lose
provided you are sensible with your spending on your education.

It is as easy as finding a market that spends money that you have an interest
or passion for and then doing some research, setting up a site and getting
it going.

Do not expect miracles overnight, but do set up a plan and goals to achieve.
Commit to writing content each day, adding value to your readers, giving
a little of yourself in your work and being honest.

Most businesses know that the proliferation of online business will / has
definitely boost(ed) the income-generating potential of their business.

Most online entrepreneurs contend that for an online business to generate
good income on the Internet, the business must have its own product.

This is because everything is a sale, even the thoughts that you have in

Contrary to popular belief, having your own product does not have to be

The difference was that it would be warm to the touch, unlike all the others. This seeker of
wealth went to that seashore and began picking up stones, feeling them and throwing them into
the sea if they were cold.

With the advent of the Internet, a good writer or manager of writers can make
ransom notes look like pocket change.

Whether you supply content or sales copy, there’s a river of money flowing to
those who can put together words that work hard and earn a living for the buyer.

The number one reason people go online is to find information. Content providers
are at the head of the line for those searching for relevant content that matches
their search queries. “Authority” sites rank highly in SERP’s
(Search Engine Result Pages) because of the amount and “density” of their relevant
content.

You can bet that many of the Web site owners did not write that content themselves!

The highest paying form of writing that’s relevant to Internet Marketers is sales copy.
A hard-hitting, highly converting sales page is worth a fortune. That’s why top sales
copywriters charge a fortune up front, and often command a percentage of the sales

leading to the creation of their own info-products.

The best resources for finding and learning more about writing for profit are
online discussion forums and interest groups. Internet Marketing, copywriting and
ghostwriting all have online meeting places where like-minded wordsmiths trade

Making Money from Other Peoples Hard Work.

Did you know that you can make money with relative ease by simply
tapping into other peoples efforts?

One way is to produce simple affiliate reviews, and I do not mean
written ones on a blog (although you can do that to

If you purchase a product, then set about putting together an easy
review site, with a video that lasts around 10 minutes or so, you can
have the perfect way to build your affiliate sales.

Add to that a video squeeze page and you can even build an effective
list to go with it. This will help you to build relationships with
your readers and may lead to later sales, and even many sales as
you review other products and services.

I have found this particularly effective in the work from home
niche, but there are plenty of other niche markets that this applies
to.

You can even apply this strategy to offline business who need help
with setting up sites and services etc but just do not know where
to get started. Review sites and services that you know are effective
and related to marketing on the net, and then forward those people
through your affiliate link.

marketing, there are still not that many people taking FULL advantage
